Local considerations in Aston, City and Borough of Birmingham
In England, powered gates and barriers are machinery: they must be installed and maintained so they are safe in use (BS EN 12453 force limits, photocells and safety edges) under health and safety law, and any gate onto a road must not open over the highway.
Work in Aston is a mix of residential blocks, schools, offices, industrial units and homes, and we tailor the specification to how busy the site is.
